Viewpoint are delighted to be starting work with Newark & Sherwood Homes in January 2016.

We will be completing around 350 tenant satisfaction surveys a month on a complete range of tenant services, including repairs, out-of-hours repairs, ASB, complaints, lettings, gas servicing, supported housing, major works, adaptations and contact centre.

Data reports will be provided weekly to enable Newark & Sherwood Homes to respond instantly to any urgent issues, with analysis reports provided monthly to enable progress to be tracked over time.
