We are delighted to have extended our work with Keepmoat to cover their entire Central region.

We have been working with Keepmoat since 2012 completing monthly client satisfaction telephone surveys with their clients in the Yorkshire & Humber region. And the success of this has led to an expansion this year.

The surveys are used to measure aspects of success and identify areas of improvement with their New Build and refurbishment schemes, both during the project and defect liability periods. Each client is contacted on a quarterly basis to ensure Keepmoat can measure ongoing trends and improvement.
