Customer Service Apprenticeships

Four of our staff received their Level 2 NVQ certificates in December 2015.

Amanda Cockerham, Lynne Littlewood and Lynne Bridgewater completed their Customer Service qualifications, while Marjorie Sayer completed her Team Leading certificate.

The majority of our researchers now hold customer service qualifications, helping us to continuously improve the quality of our tele-research.
