Tenant satisfaction surveys

We are experts in telephone-based tenant satisfaction questionnaires for Local authorities, housing associations and construction firms.

We conduct interviews with over 3000 tenants a month on a wide range of tenant services including: Responsive repairs, Anti-social behaviour, Complaints, Gas servicing, Adaptations, Neighbourhoods (STAR), Customer services call-centre, Planned improvement works (Decent Homes), New tenants, Out of hours repairs, Supported housing.

Clients include: St Leger Homes of Doncaster, Sheffield City Council, Kier Group, A1 Housing (Bassetlaw), Chevin Housing, Newark and Sherwood Homes, Norwich City Council.

Third Sector Fieldwork

Viewpoint provides a comprehensive research service to the public and third sectors.

We can evaluate your project or service by finding out the views and needs of your customers, members or other stakeholders. We believe feedback is the essential starting point for improving performance.

We have a unique understanding of the Third sector being a social enterprise ourselves. In particular, Viewpoint’s understanding of sight loss and wider disability issues is uniquely informed by interviewers’ direct experiences.

Our clients include: Social Enterprise UK, Doncaster MBC, Royal National Institute of Blind People, Sheffield Hallam University.

We worked with Sheffield Hallam University as part of a larger piece of research SHU completed for the Department of Energy & Climate Change (DECC). We interviewed 400 individuals during a one-month period to explore the impact of energy saving knowledge events across the country.

Customer/Client satisfaction surveys

We have expertise in completing business-to-business client satisfaction questionnaires.

We understand how to achieve high completion rates despite the inherent difficulties in completing business-to-business interviews with senior managers. We complete surveys on a monthly basis to inform our clients’ Key Performance Indicators and to help drive service improvement.

We collect monthly satisfaction KPIs for Key Fund, interviewing their clients by telephone on a rotational basis, slecting a sample of new clients and long-term clients every month.
