It is important to us to have independent, reliable customer satisfaction information which Viewpoint provide. We have worked with Viewpoint to focus on issues that really matter to our customers and they have always met our challenging completion rates.
Viewpoint deliver an excellent and efficient service. They currently carry out surveys for us, asking tenants if they are happy with improvement work we are carrying out with our contractor partners. The information, which is collected by Viewpoint independently, is then used to shape and improve future work that we carry out for tenants.
Viewpoint worked closely with us and held a staff briefing session to go through each section of the schedule. The work was completed to deadline and to very high quality. I also think the survey data was of a higher quality due to the personal experience of sight loss amongst the interviewers at Viewpoint.
Viewpoint are very reliable, very professional and we have worked closely with them to develop our surveys. They have helped us improve our services by providing comprehensive performance information allowing us to pinpoint where services need to be improved. They have also helped us with our internal benchmarking with other Kier contracts. We value Viewpoint for their accuracy, flexibility, confidentiality and value for money. And as they are independent our results are totally without bias.
We were delighted with the Customer Satisfaction and Needs Assessment Survey carried out on our behalf by Viewpoint CIC. We found working with the enterprise very easy and at all points of the research we were kept fully informed and engaged with the process.
