Consultation is crucial for improving relations and making sure services are directed as needed. A regular research plan can help keep your organisation up to date on member opinions and really create a membership driven organisation. 

We’re also aware resources need to be allocated responsibly. A good membership feedback plan can tell you what’s most important to members and inform where your resources should be spent.

We have undertaken many projects for organisations in the third sector.
