Service user surveys

Regular service user surveys (and reports) are an important tool in decision making. Finding out about real user experiences can help highlight strengths and weaknesses. They’re also key when feeding back to external stakeholders and applying for new funding. 

We’ve conducted yearly service user surveys for a variety of third sector organisations. We hire a diverse staff who are friendly and passionate about what they do. Our Viewpoint Hubs programme means a lot of our surveyors are from the groups they’re surveying; giving them a unique insight and rapport.
