Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs)

Tenant Satisfaction Measures or TSMs are new measures set out by the government to improve tenant experience and safety. Providers of social housing will now be responsible for asking their tenants a series of perception questions either yearly or every two years on a variety of factors set by the Regulator of Social Housing. 

At Viewpoint we are able to undertake TSMs in a professional and friendly manner meeting all the requirements of the Regulator, in terms of scripting, ensuring representative quotas of responses and clear, insightful reporting.

STAR surveys (Survey of tenant and residents)

STAR surveys have long been the industry standard for perception surveys. We complete STAR surveys on a monthly or annual basis for a number of clients, allowing them to benchmark their results against other providers. We understand the requirements of the surveys, and the various options for questions within the Housemark suite.
